Blackout

Lights out for 10 turns. Something or someone is on the board.
You each have a flashlight. Type on or off in chat, any time.
Flashlight On
You can see around you
Ladders climbable
It comes after you
Flashlight Off
You are blind
Can't climb ladders
It can't find you
It hunts light. Every turn it moves toward whoever's flashlight is on.
If it reaches you, you get injured: which makes you lose a turn and turn off your flashlight.
